Welcome to Katia Edible Cake Art. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Products

We specialise in edible cake decorations, including wafer paper, icing sheets, fondant decorations and other cake decorating products.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, printing, lighting and the handmade nature of some items.

Customers are responsible for checking product descriptions, sizes, quantities and other details before placing an order.

2. Personalised Orders

For personalised products, customers must provide the correct name, age, wording, image or other requested information.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website and may change without prior notice.

Once an order has entered preparation or processing, changes may not be possible.

4. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of edible products, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once processing has begun.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at katiacakesevora@gmail.com with photographs of the item and packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, weather, incorrect delivery information or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applicable in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

6. Food and Allergen Information

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before using or consuming our products.

If you have questions regarding ingredients or allergens, please contact us before placing your order.

7. Product Use and Storage

Edible decorations should be stored according to the instructions provided with the product and kept away from excessive heat, moisture or direct sunlight where applicable.

8. Intellectual Property

All original photographs, designs, text, branding and other content belonging to Katia Edible Cake Art may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

9. Website Information

We aim to keep product descriptions, prices and availability accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct errors or update information when necessary.
