Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

I want you to be happy with your order. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Returns

Eligible non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer law. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

Final Sale & Made-to-Order Products

Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order products, including applicable fondant cake decorations, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

Other exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply where permitted by applicable consumer law, including certain perishable goods.

Cancellations

Eligible orders may be cancelled only before processing or production has started. Once an order has entered processing or production, cancellation may no longer be possible. Final-sale items cannot be cancelled where the applicable exception permits this.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at katiacakesevora@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Return Shipping

Where a standard return is permitted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

This policy does not affect any statutory consumer rights that may apply.
