All orders from Katia Edible Cake Art are shipped from Portugal using CTT – Correios de Portugal.

Processing Time

Edible cake toppers, featured fondant decorations and wafer flowers are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Some items have different preparation times, as stated on their product pages. Please check the preparation time on the page of each item before ordering.

Edible sugar roses are prepared and dispatched within 7–10 business days.

These processing times do not include transit time. Please allow time for both preparation and delivery when ordering for a specific event.

Shipping & Tracking

Where the selected shipping service includes tracking, a tracking number will be provided after dispatch so you can follow the progress of your order.

Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the parcel has been handed over to CTT.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates in business days and are not guaranteed.

International delivery may occasionally take longer because of customs inspections, postal delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Customs & Import Duties (Non-EU Orders)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, Canada and other non-EU destinations, customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply upon arrival.
Any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We accurately declare the contents and value of every parcel on the customs declaration.
We cannot declare an order as a “gift” or declare a lower value in order to avoid customs charges.
Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays that are outside our control.

Packaging & Protection

All edible cake decorations are carefully packaged to protect them during transit.
Wafer paper, icing sheets, fondant decorations and other edible products are wrapped and protected from moisture whenever appropriate.
