  • 1 large rose, approximately 2.5 inches.

  • Rosebuds, leaf branches and loose sugar leaves.

How to use

Arrange the sugar decorations on a firm cake surface after the main cake finish is complete. Handle gently and keep dry.

Storage

Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from humidity, heat and direct sunlight. Colour may vary slightly because each decoration is handmade.

Fondant / sugar paste ingredients

Sugar, corn starch, glucose, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm), xanthan gum (E415), stabiliser (E420), preservative (E202), lemon flavouring. Colourants vary according to the colour used.
