Return and Cancellation Requests
To request an eligible return or cancellation, please contact katiacakesevora@gmail.com and include your order number.
Eligible orders may be cancelled only before processing or production has started. Once preparation has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, defective or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
Where a standard return is permitted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
