Right of Withdrawal
Where a right of withdrawal applies under applicable consumer law, eligible non-personalised products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.
Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order products are not eligible for return for change of mind where the applicable legal exception permits this. Other legal exceptions may also apply to certain goods.
